Grassroots Guitar Lessons

IMG_3059Welcome to The Grassroots Guitar Student Family. We are proud to have a group of great musicians and instructors giving lessons at our shop. Click the pictures below to find out more about them and get contact info. There is sure to be someone on our team that can get you started and/or expand your awareness in the art of playing stringed instruments. All of our teachers charge a fee of $25.00 per 30 min. private lesson. All teachers are paid directly by you, the student. Group lessons and workshops are also given at Grassroots, please check out our calendar for availability. All lessons are given in the studios at Grassroots Guitar Co. Please contact the teachers directly either at the shop or by their home telephone # to schedule a lesson time.

Once you have scheduled a lesson, there are some policies to be aware of. Most of our students prefer to take weekly lessons. To reserve a regular weekly time for your lesson, please pay your teacher a month in advance. Single lessons may be scheduled and paid for at the time of the lesson, these must be confirmed the day before the lesson directly with your teacher. In the event of a necessary cancellation, please notify the teacher no later than 24 hours prior to the lesson. Lessons canceled the day of the lesson are non-refundable. If for any reason an instructor has to cancel the lesson, payments are either refunded by the teacher, or you are credited that lesson for another time at your convenience.

Thank you for choosing Grassroots Guitar Co. for your musical education. We are proud to serve the Fairbanks community with a fun and friendly atmosphere to improve your playing skills. We also hope you choose Grassroots Guitar Co. for any instruments, accessories and repairs you will need along the way.

    1. Most students seem to opt for 30min, there are a handful of the intermediate and advanced students that do hour lessons though.
